This website ("the Site") is operated by Vikash Kumar, CEO & Founder, as an independent research project under the name Kertory-JEPA. The Site presents research results, a downloadable model, a live demo, and a small job board for the project. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Some features — applying to a role, requesting commercial permission — are available without signing in, while applying to a posted role requires signing in with Google or GitHub. Administrative features are restricted to the project's own admin account. You're responsible for keeping any account you sign in with secure; we don't control Google's or GitHub's own terms, which continue to apply to your use of their sign-in service.
The Kertory-JEPA model, code, weights, and documentation are made available under a separate license, not under these Terms. In short: free for research and personal use with credit; commercial use requires written permission first. Where the license and these Terms differ on use of the model/code itself, the license controls.
Roles shown on the Site reflect real openings on this project as they come up. Submitting an application sends your name, email, and message to the project for review. There's no automated acceptance — all applications are reviewed manually, and we don't guarantee a response time.
Submitting a commercial-use request sends your name, email, company (if given), and intended use to the project for review. This does not itself grant permission — commercial use still requires an explicit, separate written approval as described in the license.
The research write-ups, design, and branding on this Site belong to the project. The model and code are covered separately by the license. Reference material (video clips, images) used on the Site is credited to its original creators where shown, under the free-use terms of its source.
The Site, the model, and all research results are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This is an independent, ongoing research project — reported results reflect what was actually measured at the time, including negative and partial results, but no outcome is guaranteed for any particular use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the project and its founder aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, the model, or any content obtained through it.
Access to sign-in features, job applications, or admin tools may be restricted or removed for anyone who violates these Terms or the license, without prior notice.
These Terms may be updated as the Site and project evolve. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
