This Privacy Policy explains what personal information this Site collects, why, and how it's handled. This Site is a small, independent research project — it does not run ads, does not use analytics or tracking cookies, and does not sell personal information to anyone.
The Site only collects information you actively provide, in these specific places:

We don't use cookies, pixels, or scripts to track your browsing behavior, and we don't collect information from the Site's read-only pages (research, results, demo) unless you choose to sign in or submit a form.
We don't use your information for advertising, don't build behavioral profiles, and don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Submitted information is stored using Google's Firebase platform (Firestore database and Firebase Authentication), which runs on Google Cloud infrastructure. Google acts as our data processor for this storage; their own privacy and security practices apply to how the underlying infrastructure is run.
Job applications and license requests are kept until reviewed and are deleted by the administrator afterward at their discretion. You can ask for your submission to be deleted sooner — see "Your rights" below.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete any information you've submitted (a job application, a license request, your sign-in record) by emailing the address in the Contact section below. We'll act on verified requests as soon as reasonably possible.
This Site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your country).
This policy may be updated as the Site's features change. The "Updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
